About the Team
We strive to provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, and thoroughly enjoy getting to know each and every person on a personal level. Our goal is to make the dental environment a place people can learn to trust and know their needs are being both heard and met. Our practice delivers care in many areas of dentistry from implants, restorative, preventative and pediatric to removable partials and dentures.
Meet Our Doctors
Dr. Michele Lynn Foglia
Dr. Foglia was born and raised in Vancouver, WA and found her way to the east side of our state, a proud graduate of Washington State University in 1992. Go Cougs! She pursued and earned her dental degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, in Boston, Massachesetts in 2001. She settled in Spokane, WA in 2003 after marrying her husband Adam, a wheat farmer from Wilbur, Wa. They have three beautiful children, Colby, Cyler and Caylee. The entire family enjoys working together both at home and on the farm. Time outside the office is spent at multiple sporting events and quiet time at the lake with family and friends.
Dr. Foglia is a member of the American Dental Association, Washington State Dental Association, Spokane District Dental Society and Meridian Study club for continuing education.
Dr. Heather Frampton
Dr. Heather Frampton was born and raised in Spokane, Washington. She attended college at Eastern Washington University where she earned her B.S. in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. She received her doctor of dental surgery from Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois where her father, Conrad Cox who was also a dentist, graduated from.
She and her husband, Jon, have two daughters. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and outdoor activities including swimming, biking, running and horseback riding. She is active in her church and the local dental society.
Dr. Frampton is a member of the American Dental Association, Washington State Dental Association, and Spokane District Dental Association. She is also a member of the Seattle Study Club via Meridian Dental Study Club.
